By accessing or using dartpm, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.
1. Introduction
dartpm provides a private registry for Dart packages, where users can publish and share packages with others, either personally or within an organization. These Terms govern your use of dartpm’s services, including any updates, software, and support provided.
2. Account Registration and Use

Google SSO Login: You can create an account using your Google account credentials. By doing so, you agree to allow us to access necessary details from your Google profile.
•
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Subscription and Payment
•
Subscription Plans: dartpm offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid users have access to additional features, such as the ability to publish private packages.
•
Billing: Users will be billed on a monthly basis, starting from the date of the first subscription charge. By subscribing, you authorize dartpm to charge your account for the subscription fees.
•
No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of the service, all payments are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it is final, and no refunds will be provided.
4. Package Publishing and Sharing
•
Publishing Packages: Only paid users are permitted to publish private packages to dartpm’s registry.
•
Sharing Packages: Companies can share their private packages with other companies using a token. dartpm does not control or manage the use of these tokens.
•
Access and Control: While dartpm ensures a secure environment for your packages, you retain ownership and control over your content. You are responsible for ensuring that no unauthorized persons gain access to your packages.
5. Security and Data Protection

Data Security: dartpm employs strict security measures to protect your packages and account information. However, you are responsible for using strong, unique credentials to secure your account.
•
No Internal Access: We guarantee that no dartpm employee will access or use your packages without your explicit consent.
6. Termination and Suspension
•
Termination by You: You may cancel your account at any time, and your subscription will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.
•
Termination by dartpm: dartpm reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activities, or jeopardize the security of the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
dartpm is provided "as-is" without any guarantees or warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform, including any loss of data.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold dartpm harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
9. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of India.
